Mission Trip & Cultural Training
In order to equip the team members with a better understanding of the Cambodian context, the organisation will provide the following training to those who have successfully applied for a trip to the Cambodian workshop.
1. Briefing
- Briefing Session (1 session - 1.5 hours) led by the organisation;
- The training included an introduction to FiCF and the Ministries in Cambodia, the situation of human trafficking, cultural differences and preparation for short-term missions, and simple Khmer.
2. Provision of devotion
We have provided the following prayer booklets and devotional materials for the reference of the short-term teams, so that participants can make spiritual preparations before and during the journey:

3. Debriefing
After completing the short-term mission service, the team should arrange a 2-hour debriefing led by the organisation so that participants can come together to share their experiences of short-term mission work.
- Sharing about the trip
- Adjustment of mindset after short-term declaration (Referral counselling service can be provided if participants have individual needs)
- Practice and Response
